GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All rights to the commissioned artwork remain with the artist. I retain full copyright and ownership.
2. I reserve the right to refuse or decline any commission request.
3. All commissioned artworks are strictly for personal use unless stated and agreed otherwise. Commercial use must be discussed and approved via direct message or email.
4. Artworks for personal use are not permitted to sell, use for business purposes, or claim the artwork as their own.
5. Clients are encouraged to provide clear references and detailed descriptions to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
6. A maximum of two (2) revisions is allowed. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. The standard turnaround time for commissioned work is one (1) to two (2) weeks.
8. Payment-first policy is strictly observed. Clients may choose to pay either 50% or 100% of the total fee upfront. The final output will be delivered via Gmail or Google Drive link upon receipt of full payment.
8. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once work on the commission has started.
9. Rush commissions are not accepted by default. A rush fee will apply to any commission requiring completion within three (3) days.

3. PAYMENT FIRST POLICY. After sending an email, the artist will provide the file link upon confirmation of payment.
4. Trading and giveaways of physical items made from the artworks (e.g., papels, keychains, standees, etc.) are allowed. However, trading, sharing, or distributing the artwork files themselves is strictly prohibited.
5. Using the artworks as freebies, shop inclusions, or for any selling purposes is NOT ALLOWED unless commercial rights have been properly purchased.
6. The artist retains the right to use, post, and print the artworks for personal purposes.NOTE:
Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in the immediate loss of access to the artwork files and the right to use the artwork in any form. Please purchase and use responsibly.
