TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All rights to the commissioned artwork remain with the artist. I retain full copyright and ownership. Do not claim the artworks as yours.2. I reserve the right to refuse or decline any commission request.3. All commissioned artworks are strictly for personal use unless stated and agreed otherwise. Commercial use must be discussed and approved via direct message or email.4. Artworks for personal use are not permitted to sell or used for business purposes.5. Clients must provide clear references and detailed descriptions to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.6. Minor revisions are allowed. Additional fee will apply to major revisions.7. The standard turnaround time for commissioned work is one (1) to two (2) weeks.8. Payment-first policy is strictly observed. Clients may choose to pay either 50% or 100% of the total fee upfront.9. The final output will be delivered via Gmail or Google Drive link upon receipt of full payment.10. Cancellations and refunds are NOT allowed once work on the commission has started.11. Rush commissions are not accepted by default. A rush fee will apply to any commission requiring completion within three (3) days.12. Trading of soft copy of the artwork is NOT allowed.
